Executive Chef: Gary Rauls
Gary started as a Sous Chef in Troy, MI in 2004 and has since been promoted to Executive Sous and Executive Chef at our Nashville location. When he is cooking for family, he likes to make gumbo, his day to day favorites are Latin foods, or anything blackened. When eating out, Gary likes to get sushi, or any other type of raw seafood, because he doesn’t make it at home or at the restaurant.
Lately, in his down time, he spends time playing with his 13 month old daughter, but also enjoys painting and fishing as well. Gary’s favorite dish at Maggiano’s is the Baked Ziti with Sausage.
