Executive Chef: Scott Rabedeau

 

             Scott Rabedeau, the    award-winning Chicago native, has 25 years of foodservice experience, in which time he has contributed to the culinary experiences of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises and Levy Restaurants in Chicago.  Rabedeau comes to Hackensack from the Indianapolis, IN area where he was featured in an exclusive culinary editorial spread in Dine Magazine. 

            When the tables are turned and Rabedeau has the opportunity to enjoy Maggiano’s signature dishes, he enjoys an appetizer of Crispy Zucchini Fritté, followed by Chicken Saltimbocca as an entrée; he then completes his meal with a slice of Nonna’s Pound Cake. At home however, Scott enjoys having tomato soup and grilled cheese. An avid outdoorsman, Rabedeau enjoys skiing, fishing and hiking with his wife, Adriana and two children, Cole and Isabella.
