V.I.P Restrictions:  Maggiano's Little Italy restaurants in Illinois are not eligible for this rewards program.  Rewards are not valid with any other discounts, offers or special menus.  Subject to room availability.  $500 minimum food and beverage spend or greater to receive bonus award.  Complimentary Audio Visual is limited to $200 for Maggiano's owned equipment (does not include Velocity service) and is subject to availability.  Gift for Attendees is a Bonus Card valued at $10 to be used toward a future visit in our Dining Room.  Program rewards and restrictions apply to 2012 banquet events.
