Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, “Hands of Time” Chardonnay
Straight from Napa Valley, this Chardonnay will win you over with its pear, melon, and tropical fruit and floral aromas. Why you’ll love it: Once you taste it, you’ll taste apple, melon and citrus with a little oak finish. We love it because it’s the perfect match to our Calamari Fritté and the buttery, creaminess in Chef KB’s Lobster Carbonara. We also love a good story and there’s a great one behind the “Hands of Time.”
Coppola Pinot Grigio
It’s made just for warm sunny days, and created in the style of Northern Italians in California. Why you’ll love it: The refreshing citrus and apricot top notes are followed by green apple, pear and grapefruit. We love it with Linguine di Mare, any salad with our House Dressing, and grilled fish dishes.
"Italian Bubbles," Secco, DOC
If you like a little bubbly and are a fan of Prosecco, go for Italian Bubbles (and you’ll want more than one glass). Why you’ll love it: it’s cool, effervescent with peach, jasmine and lychee notes. We love it because it is great solo, as a base to a Bellini or Mimosa, or paired with a variety of dishes from, cheese plates to Margherita Flatbread to Grilled Salmon Lemon & Herb.
Saint M Riesling
Light and crisp, this medium-bodied German Riesling has the right amount of fruitiness. Why you’ll love it: It’s versatile with the delicate peach aroma. We love to pair this with the flavorful, spice in our Shrimp Fra Diavolo.
Ruffino Salute Amico, Italian White, Umbria IGT
The best for last, this blend was born and bred in the Umbria region of Italy near Tuscany. Salute Amico is bottled exclusively for Maggiano’s. Why you’ll love it: It’s an easy-to-drink blend fresh, fruity notes. We love it with roasted tomato sauces and our Bruschetta.
