Today is August 21st and that means we’re celebrating one of our favorite desserts, Spumoni. This Italian ice cream is typically made with layers of different colors and flavors like cherry, pistachio, and either chocolate or vanilla. Rumor has it that Spumoni lovers tend to be a little indecisive, so if you’re ever unsure, always pick dessert first!
