Mushrooms. Grilled, roasted, sautéed with marsala - it doesn’t matter as long as they’re there.
It should come as no surprise that we love mushrooms. Really. Love. Mushrooms. While all of the aforementioned ways of preparing mushrooms is good and fine by us, our favorite preparation is stuffed. Ours are jumbo mushroom caps stuffed with spinach and topped with seasoned breadcrumbs served in a garlic white wine sauce. We’re so proud of our recipe that at this time it is still locked in the Maggiano’s vault.
