Artichoke season is known to peak in the spring, but did you know that their other prime season occurs in mid-fall?
We are crazy about artichokes. It probably stems from out Italian-American roots where they are prepared in almost every way, including grilled, braised, broiled, stewed, and the list continues. Keeping artichoke season in mind, here are a few of our favorite recipes where artichokes are the star of the show.
