eClub Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Maggiano’s Little Italy eClub, Members are providing their consent, agreement, and authorization to receive informational text message and informational or marketing email communications from Maggiano’s Little Italy at the mobile phone number and email provided, including text messages via automated technology (e.g., automatic telephone dialing system). Members are advised, and understand, their agreement to receive text messages or marketing emails is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Neither Maggiano’s Little Italy nor Members’ mobile service provider (e.g. T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon) is liable for any delays in the receipt of our text messages or for any of our text messages that are not delivered.
By enrolling, Members are also agreeing to these Terms and they understand any information about Members collected by their participation in the Program shall be subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their eClub memberships. Members can change their account information by updating their profile data through an authenticated Maggianos.com eClub account or contacting Guest Relations at https://www.maggianos.com/contact.
If at any time a Member wants to stop receiving marketing email messages from Maggiano’s Little Italy, Members can opt-out using the following methods:
- Contacting the Maggiano’s Little Italy customer service department at 1-800-983-4637.
- Sending a written request to be opted-out to the following address:

Attn: Legal Department
- Unsubscribing from receiving further marketing emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any eClub emails.
Please note that after unsubscribing from marketing emails, Members may continue to receive informational emails from Maggiano’s Little Italy.
Members can opt-out from receiving further text messages by:
- Sending a written request to be opted-out to the following address:

- Replying to any text message received from Maggiano’s Little Italy with any of the following replies: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, or QUIT.
Following any request to opt-out of receiving text messages, you may receive one final message from Maggiano’s Little Italy confirming your opt-out. Please note that if after opting out you subsequently consent to receiving text messages, we will start sending you text messages again until and unless you opt-out again. In addition, we may text you about your reservation if you provide your mobile number for that purpose.
